Wipe the base bowl with a damp cloth and allow to dry.

Align the groove at the bottom of the spiral to the motor base pin.

Secure the tower over spiral and lock into position.

Turn on machine to "Heat & Flow". Ensure that machine is rotating properly.

Pour molten chocolate slowly into base bowl. Ready to serve.

Place chocolate buttons into a microwave- safe container.

Place the container in a microwave for 40 s on high. Stir.

Repeat Step 2 to get a smooth chocolate mixture (no lumps of chocolate left).

Turn on the machine to "Heat & Flow".

Slowly pour in the molten chocolate from the side into the stainless steel bowl.

The table or fountain should be levelled for optimal flow.

Fruits such as apples, grapes, cherries, banana, strawberry, honey dew, pineapple, kiwi, peach

Unplug fountain from the power socket.

Allow fountain parts to cool.

Pour away remaining chocolate from the base bowl into a disposal bag. Wipe off all chocolate with paper towels followed by a damp and soapy sponge.

Remove the tower and spiral. Wash with soap and warm water.

Wipe the outside of the unit with a non-abrasive towel. DO NOT IMMERSE THE UNIT IN WATER
